St Michaels Manor in St Albans is one of our favourite wedding venues in Hertfordshire. So when Michelle and Martin asked us to photograph their wedding there we instantly said yes. Not to mention That Michelle and Martin are one of the coolest laid back couples we know! Michelle is originally from Australia and her family still live there in a town called St Albans! Her family loved this, they were from St Albans Australia and Michelle was getting married in St Albans England!
Michelle and Martin live in London just a couple of minutes from Richmond Park. We spent an afternoon capturing some beautiful engagement photos of them both exploring the park and chasing the deer that live there. Despite the rubbish weather we all had a great time and we were so excited for their wedding.
Michelle spent the morning of the wedding getting ready at The Clarion Collection Hotel which is just a short walk from St Michaels Manor in St Albans. Everyone was really excited and the morning went really fast and before we knew it everyone was heading over to the venue. St Michaels Manor is such a beautiful looking venue with unique shapes, walls, steps and colours. It is such a fun building to photograph. It also has amazing light inside thanks to many windows that creates really flattering light on the wedding party and guests.
